JWoww Sued for $450,000 by Former Landlord

JWoww's former landlord has filed a lawsuit against the "Jersey Shore" star, claiming his privacy rights had been violated and his properties had been damaged. Stuart Levine filed the papers on Monday, March 5 in New York Supreme Court and demands $450,000 for unauthorized use of his property and reimbursement for damage to the home.

JWoww rented the property in Malibu in 2008 back when she hasn't hit it big with "Jersey Shore". The reality star, real name Jenni Farlow, allowed the cameras to get inside her house and filmed several episodes inside the property. According to THR, the home was filmed on at least five occasions and the owner did not know it was going to be used this way.

Farley is not the only one mentioned in the lawsuit as 495 Productions is also taking part of the blame from Levine. It is yet determined whether Farley and 495 Productions breached a contract on use of the plaintiff's property, and committed unjust enrichment and conversion.
