Ke$ha Sued for $14 Million by Former Managers

Ke$ha's former managers are pushing for a resolution to their ongoing legal battle with the pop star - in case she squanders her fortune and can't afford a pay-out. The "TiK ToK" hitmaker is facing legal action from her former representatives at DAS Communications, who are suing for $14 million over allegations she owes them commission for unlawfully terminating her contract before she signed a major music deal.

In new papers filed at New York's Manhattan Supreme Court, DAS bosses suggest the star may be delaying the case - and they fear she may be broke by the time the matter is resolved. The documents,
obtained by the New York Post, state: "(Ke$ha) is a very young and inexperienced artist whose 'star' may not continue to rise."

"Although she has made an incredible amount of money in a very short period of time, in large part due to DAS' efforts on her behalf, she could just as easily lose money if not properly guided." Ke$ha is countersuing, claiming bosses at DAS Communications acted unlawfully during her time at the firm because they allegedly booked her a string of jobs in California without the proper paperwork.
